Busy week

It's been a busy week:

Monday: Conference at work

Tuesday: Conference at work. After work, took off for York, PA. I met my folks there (who drove up from Florida), and we had dinner at "The Garden" (it was really "The Olive Garden", but they ran out of olives).

Wednesday: We paid our respects to my Uncle Bill, who passed last week. This was the first funeral I've been to with military honors - I was at first confused when I was handed a shell casing. The ceremony was very dignified, and I know Uncle Bill would have been appreciated being honored by his fellow WWII veterans. Viseted with family and my Aunt, returned to VA around 6PM.

Thursday - Saturday: My folks stopped by to visit on their way back South.
